Hi, my name is Febri. I started Self Development Coach to share my vision to everybody mainly my friends in Indonesia who are encouraged to work harder and smarter to create more value for themselves by enhanching their abilities, working attitudes and networking. I have started my own professional career since I was in university as insurance agent more than 10 years ago and started to focus on what I can do now which is in shipping industry since I have got my Master degree in Maritime Economics and Logistics in Erasmus University Rotterdam since 2004; ever since then I have seen and heard many things that I think they might be very useful to be shared among us. My career may not be the best ever but I believe I could play my role of my own now. Since the beginning of my career, I have moved from one company to another and now I am sitting as manager in one of the most reputable shipping company in the world and I believe I would keep developing myself for more roles and values because to me this is not my accomplishment yet… this is the beginning! as I believe you would do the same too. I like to listen (even though sometimes I don’t act like it), ask questions and think obviously 
and I have heard quite a lot of complaints, acceptance, and proudness from people around me about their career. Nevertheless, those point of views would be good or not good subject which angles you would like to see from.

During the working hours, I am a business man in Logistics. When off the duties, I like to be a teacher and a consultant to give advises to people. Since 2009, I am the Senior Consultant at Qingdao Aspire Business Consulting Co.,Ltd. Previously I worked as a Tutor in Qingdao Ocean University for two years, when I was still working for Canada National Rail. While, I can’t have more on myself, I am a simple man.
